Safety:
Above all, FlyPrivate is committed to the safety of our clients. All aircraft are operated by select air carriers that a) have been certified under Part 135 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR); and b) meet the strict standards of our safety program, administered through a strategic alliance with Aviation Research Group/U.S. (ARG/US) and other independent auditors.

Completely independent from FlyPrivate, ARG/US is the undisputed leader in the field of aviation information collection, distribution and analysis and has developed an industry-leading program of safety monitoring and on-site audits of all air carriers. Items monitored and audited include each carrier's operating history, maintenance procedures and flight crew experience. ARG/US maintains the most comprehensive, independent database of corporate aircraft operations ever assembled.

The audit process consists of a monitoring of the FAA's and National Transportation and Safety Boards (NTSB) six different databases.
